Every day, Americans drive past cameras they may barely notice. But modern automated license-plate readers can do far more than capture a picture. They can identify vehicles, record where they were seen, document vehicle characteristics and make that information searchable. Flock Safety says its technology has helped law enforcement locate missing children, recover stolen vehicles and identify wanted suspects. But critics are asking a much bigger question: How much surveillance is too much?

In this episode of The Endtime Show, Vince Stegall, Doug Norvell and Bryan Smithexamine Flock cameras, government surveillance, artificial intelligence and the growing technological ability to track people's movements on an unprecedented scale.

The conversation takes on even greater significance following reports that Flock considered a partnership with dashcam company Nexar that could have transformed hundreds of thousands of rideshare and delivery vehicles into mobile license-plate readers. Flock says that proposed partnership was never implemented. At the same time, allegations involving law-enforcement officers misusing existing Flock data raise serious questions about privacy, oversight and what happens when powerful surveillance tools fall into the wrong hands.

George Orwell imagined a society where citizens lived with the constant knowledge that Big Brother was watching. Today, cameras are only one piece of a much larger technological puzzle. Combine license-plate readers with facial recognition, artificial intelligence, digital identity, electronic payments, location data and massive searchable databases, and something previous generations could only imagine becomes technologically possible.

Vince, Doug and Bryan connect these developments to Revelation 13:16-17, which describes a future system capable of controlling who can buy and sell. Scripture does not identify Flock cameras, AI or license-plate readers as the Mark of the Beast. But today's technology demonstrates how a future government could potentially identify individuals, track movement, verify compliance and make operating outside an approved economic system increasingly difficult.
