Our first direct hit in the cities of Israel, plus our first casualties of civilians who were targeted by Iran. The leader of Iran and the head of the snake in the Middle East, Khamenei, has been eliminated and taken out. On top of that, his successor was taken out as well. Along with most of the top governing leaders in Iran. This will probably not be the winning factor of this war, but it has most definitely set the tone of how serious the US and Israel are about overthrowing this regime.
