Sometimes faith means standing still. Other times, faith means taking the next step.

Standing still can mean releasing the outcome, stopping the frantic attempt to control what only God can control, and listening for what actually belongs to you. But surrender does not eliminate responsibility. There comes a moment when healing, recovery, and growth require movement.
Dr. Lana brings together biblical truth and the practical realities of addiction and recovery, explaining why prayer is essential but cannot replace participation. Recovery may require honesty, accountability, counseling, new routines, boundaries, support, and repeatedly choosing healthier responses when old patterns are triggered.
God is not asking anyone to solve the entire future today. He may simply be asking for the next faithful step.
